Spend your days at Point of Rocks Beach, biking the Rail Trail, or exploring Orleans and Chatham. Come evening, the fire pit is waiting. No one will want to leave.
THE SPACE
The renovated single-level home blends clean modern design with warm coastal character. Hardwood floors run throughout the open-concept living and dining areas, where a wood-burning fireplace anchors the sitting room and a 65" smart TV anchors the main living space. The layout flows naturally — everyone has somewhere to be, and no one feels far from each other.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The private yard is surrounded by mature trees and built for unwinding. Pull up an Adirondack chair around the fire pit, fire up the gas grill on the deck, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach. Beach towels, umbrella, and snorkel gear are included — just grab and go.
LOCATION
Less than a mile from Point of Rocks Beach and Cape Cod Bay, and minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Nickerson State Park, Brewster General Store, and the charming towns of Orleans, Harwich, Dennis, and Chatham.
Close to everything, tucked away from everything else.

Peak season (July – Labor Day) rates are higher and a minimum stay applies. Early summer (May and June) and early fall (September and October) offer more flexibility with lower rates and shorter minimum stays.
